Amina is a Deputy Managing Counsel at Legal Ink Lawyers and Notaries. Her areas of focus are Corporate and Commercial Transactions, M&A, Insurance and FinTech Law.

She has extensive legal experience advising clients on legal and regulatory compliance. She also has a strong interest in regulatory compliance, legal research and analysis. Her recent work in the firm includes advising regulatory issues in the Tech, Construction, Manufacturing and Production sector.

Amina obtained her LLB degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2015, where she was the best graduating student in Insurance law and Conveyancing and Drafting.

Amina holds a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) degree from the University of Cambridge where she graduated with First Class Honors. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana. She loves to read, dance and bake.
