Akua is the Managing Counsel at Legal Ink Lawyers and Notaries. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, General Corporate, Labour, Banking and Corporate Governance.

She has provided and continues to provide commercially pragmatic and proactive legal advisory services to clients and has in the past advised a local bank on how to structure its affairs to minimize corporate disputes, and tighten its credit approval processes.

Akua has served as secretary and member on several governing boards. She is currently a member of the Governing Council of the Sunyani Technical University. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2011.

She is also a member of the International Bar Association and Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
