Amina holds a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) degree from the University of Cambridge where she graduated with First Class Honor’s. She holds an LLB degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2015, where she was the best graduating student in Insurance law and Conveyancing and Drafting.

Amina specializes in Corporate and Commercial Transactions, M&A, Insurance and FinTech Law. She has extensive legal experience advising clients on legal and regulatory compliance. She also has a strong
interest in legal research and analysis.
