The firm is headed by Daniyal Abdul-Karim who holds an LLB degree from the University of Ghana (1994). He has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 1997 and the International Bar Association from 2010. He is also a Notary Public and has extensive years of experience and exposure as a legal professional. Since the Managing Counsel’s enrollment as a lawyer in 1997, he has worked as a Legal Officer for two manufacturing companies and two banks.
By virtue of this exposure, Daniyal can boast of an impressive background and sound knowledge of investment law, banking, commercial and corporate litigation,
conveyancing, corporate governance, commercial law and drafting of legal documents. Together with the very capable team of lawyers, they are conversant with statutes affecting investments and businesses in Ghana, as well as procedures and processes at Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
